The self-catering house offers comfortable accommodation for up to 12 people. On the ground floor, a large dining room with traditional French granite open fireplace which opens onto a TV room/lounge which leads into a fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob, oven and micro wave. There is also a shower room with a washing machine and storage area.

On the first floor level, 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom are accessed from the landing which has a seated reading area. 3 of the bedrooms have wash hand basins. The attic area has been tastefully converted to provide a further four single beds with a shower room and toilet.

Outside a large partially shaded garden comes complete with garden furniture, barbeque and parking for up to 5 cars. There is also an enclosed kiddie's play area with sandpit, swings and slide.
